Men's Interpersonal Process Group
A 10-week group for men who want to understand themselves better.
Many men find their way here because something feels off: relationships feel strained or distant, the same dynamics keep repeating, or it's hard to feel fully known even when connection matters. This group is a place to explore that with other men, in real time. One thing the group offers that's hard to get elsewhere: honest real-time feedback from people who are paying attention, and a place to practice being different, not just think about it.
