What is your approach to therapy? What specialized training do you carry in your professional toolbox?
I take a responsibly eclectic and holistic approach to therapy, integrating a variety of modalities according to each clients' unique needs. In addition to foundational training in psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I have also completed extensive post-graduate training:
Who are you passionate about working with? I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma (both traumatic events and developmental trauma), as well as grief (including the untimely loss of a parent or spouse). As an IFS therapist, I love working with other therapists who are interested in IFS. I'm also passionate about working with young adults who are navigating the dating scene, establishing their career goals, and finding time for self-care. Education:
